Basic Leadership Training or LDK is basic training on all things related to leadership. Leadership is important in an organization because leadership is one of the keys to achieving organizational success. LDKS activities are given in an organization to motivate other people or members to do good things and maximize their own abilities. Without a figure with a leadership spirit, an organization will be less motivated or enthusiastic in achieving its goals. LDKS is training provided by the military and also accompanied by school organizations.
