 Basic Leadership Training or LDK is basic training on all things related to leadership. Leadership is important in an organization because leadership is one of the keys to achieving organizational success. LDKS activities are given in an organization to motivate other people or members to do good things and maximize their own abilities. Without a figure with a leadership spirit, an organization will be less motivated or enthusiastic in achieving its goals. LDKS is training provided by the military and also accompanied by school organizations. So in essence, ldks are a good activity for self-discipline

My view on this ldks activity is that this activity makes quite a lot of changes. one of them, being grateful for the food we get by eating it greedily and others. This activity also teaches us to always love our homeland, namely Indonesia. Why? because there are opening and closing ceremonies, a bonfire that begins with kissing the Indonesian flag, and studying the marching lines for a good and correct ceremony.

In my opinion, the benefit of this ldks activity is that we can manage our time better by not only playing with gadgets but also spending time with other friends. Furthermore, we are also more grateful for the food we get by eating the food with gusto and being grateful to the chef who cooked it. then we can also discipline ourselves by following what the commander orders and carrying out the ceremony seriously, not chatting with friends and so on. Next, we are also required to move quickly and maintain good cleanliness, because that is very important in the daily life we ​​live.

Next I will explain how the commander leads and organizes his students. The commander plays many roles in this LDKS activity, one of which is starting from being firm when there are students who chat or joke when other people are talking in front. Then also never forget to lead prayer before and after eating. Furthermore, it also taught us many things, namely lining up for the flag ceremony, and important materials. So what material is presented during this ldks? The first is material about leadership, then there is managing organizations, and the last is about the dangers of drugs for us, the younger generation.

So the conclusion I can draw from this LDKS activity is that we must love our homeland Indonesia more by becoming a young generation who is productive and enthusiastic about advancing the nation. be more grateful for what happens in life and accept whatever it gives.
